Join Turista Libre in learning the basics of this fusion of Mexican, Mediterranean and Asian ingredients and cooking techniques, with an all-day Baja Med basics workshop hosted by the internationally renowned Culinary Art School of Tijuana, the alma mater of many of the chefs who've lent a hand in landing Tijuana on the global foodie map.
