But when Claudia meets Giovanni, a forest ranger who is completely taken with her and soon wins her love, Francesco finds himself forced to deal with unexpected discomfort and jealousy. This mariachi group has played to sold-out halls all over the world, in front of four U.S. Presidents, and is heard on the soundtracks for Glory Road and Seabiscuit.

How is Christmas celebrated in the southwest? With traditional carols played by a mariachi of course! And this December Mariachi Sol de Mexico, with the blazing sounds of its 13 piece ensemble, brings to life a festive, joyous holiday celebration.

7:30 PM Comedy: Rex Naverrete Navarrete gathers all of his material from what he calls "real Rex moments," reality and shared life experiences. "I think everything has humor; you will always find humor. I don't always make stuff up. Even though most of my material is geared for a Filipino audience, if you're smart enough you'll understand the universality of it. Look at the comedy traditions of Jewish and African American comics, which are now the mainstream through Seinfeld, Bruce, Allen, Rock, Pryor and Murphy. Our struggles become our comedy."

8:00 PM Stage: The Year to Come Every New Year's Eve a family gathers in their Florida backyard to ring in the coming year. In between dips in the pool, politically incorrect banter and a highly-anticipated onion dip, their relationships grow and fracture in moments that become family legend. Unfolding backwards in time, The Year to Come shows how the promise of our future is shaped by the lens of our past. Rising playwright Lindsey Ferrentino introduces us to a distinctly American family whose evolution mirrors the turbulence of the 21st century.
