TomGates

Tom Gates is one of the most experienced and accomplished steel drum performers in the U. S.

Tom has received a gold record for his steel drum performance with the Beach Boys and has played at the world famous Telluride Jazz Festival; he also had countless appearances in clubs, concert halls, hotels, resorts, and private events of all kinds.

Tom frequently performs solo, with or without backing tracks, as well as with his band, The Comfort Zone. Drawing from a large repertoire, Tom hand-picks the music for each performance, presenting sounds from the Caribbean and Latin America, as well as choice jazz and pop favorites.
