Athenaeum Summer Festival With Gustavo Romero |
 | Pianist Gustavo Romero presents a four-part concert series celebrating composer Enrique Granados. This celebrated composer is recognized as one of the most important Spanish composers for the piano. The programs will coincide with the 150th anniversary of his birth. In celebration of this anniversary, Romero will present the Granados-Goyescas based on Goya paintings and other solo works by Granados, as well as other works inspired by paintings such as the Mussorgsky-Pictures at an Exhibition.
