Everyone is welcome, from all backgrounds, beginners and those with training experience alike!

It will not be "high impact." People train at their own level in a safe environment. Seniors, and those with physical differences or emotional stressors who would like to find some harmony, are welcomed and encouraged since aikido is especially good for you. You'll do great.

Explore this interesting and effective Japanese "defensive martial art," and be open to the scope of various ways to train Aikido for yourself, and for your partner's benefit, in case they may want to explore different things as you do.
