5:00 PM Chinese Valentine’s Day Celebration In celebration of Double Seventh Festival, the Chinese Valentine's Day. As a restaurant specializing in authentic Northern and Southern Chinese food, owner Steven Ji and his staff are offering a menu that brings true traditions to the heart of San Diego's Convoy District. Monday's dining experience will incorporate yet another element of tradition, honoring a Chinese legend of love that has been passed down through the ages. In celebration of the holiday, the Village North chefs will offer the opportunity to learn the art of crafting Hua Gua, complex carved melons, and will share the secret behind the perfect Chinese fried cookie. Guests are sure to leave with a full belly and some new tricks to try at home, as well as a flower of their choice.

Admission/Cost: Restaurant Venue, meal purchase required.
