In celebration of the holiday, the Village North chefs will offer the opportunity to learn the art of crafting Hua Gua, complex carved melons, and will share the secret behind the perfect Chinese fried cookie. Guests are sure to leave with a full belly and some new tricks to try at home, as well as a flower of their choice.
